FOOD FOR THOUGHT


Time for another recipe!!
This one comes from the kitchen of a past coworker...I never thought I'd get Ty to eat spinach, but he loves this


Bongo Bongo Dip
1 16oz container sour cream
1/2 box chopped frozen spinach
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 packet of knorr vegetable soup mix
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
drain spinach and chop water chestnuts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and 1/2 bag of the cheese together. Sprinkle remaining cheese across top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with garlic bread or warm tortilla chips.

oh my word, that sounds so yummy! and i have all of those ingredients in the house except the spinach - may make this for memorial day! :)
